A non-refundable deposit of $200 (for Friday – Sunday rental) is required to reserve your date. (Booking deposits for Monday – Thursday vary depending on rental time.) Deposits are applied to the rental fee. All remaining rental fees plus a $250 security deposit are due 90 days prior to the rental date. Our maximum guest capacity is 150 site wide with seating capacity inside for up to 100 (depending on event set up).
Couples having their ceremony on site at Renee’s will be allowed a one hour rehearsal at no charge. All rehearsals must be scheduled according to venue availability.
You are at liberty to bring in the vendors of your choice. Vendors such as florists, musicians, caterers and the like may begin setup prior to your event based on your rental agreement. Removal of the vendor’s equipment and items is required immediately following your event. Items and decorations may not be brought in prior to rental time.
